Zevenhuizen. Jan Thoniszoon, linen weaver. Dwarsheerenstraat, North Side.

12 May 1595: Sold by the widow of Jan Thoniszoon, over and above the city's [prior] claim, to Thomas van Ondemarcken, for 680 guilders, to be paid: 150 guilders in ready money, and thereafter yearly 100 guilders at Candlemas.

21 March 1612: Sold by Thomas van Ondermarck to Henrick Coleth, charged with a ground rent of 3 guilders payable to the burgomasters of the city of Leiden, etcetera.

28 March 1619: Sold by Henrick Coleth to Jan Kebel, wool comber, charged with the aforesaid ground rent of 3 guilders per year, for etcetera. The ground rent was redeemed to the treasurer in the year 1653, on 25 June 1653.

13 September 1638: [The property was] specifically charged, by Elisabeth Kebel, widow of the late Jan Kebel, together with her associates, joint heirs of the aforesaid Jan Kebel, with a redeemable annuity of 18 guilders 15 stuivers per year, falling due on the 13th of September, in favour of Isaack Marcuszoon Bavelaer.

De grontrente is aen den tresorier de anno 1653 afgelost den 25-6-1653. 13-9-1638 Is bij Elisabeth Kebel wedue van zaliger Jan Kebel cumsocijs t’samen erffgenaemen van Jan Kebel voornoemt specialick belast mit een losrente van XVIII gulden XV stuvers ‘t sjaers vallende den XIIIen septembris om Isaack Marcuszoon Bavelaer.
