Property register (Bonboek), North Rapenburg. Willem Robints, Englishman, tanner. Groenhazengracht, south side.

Sold by Dirck Block, as curator of the estate and goods of Willem Robbertszoon, to Jacob Janszoon de Haes, charged with a redeemable annuity of six guilders yearly, redeemable at the rate of one-twentieth [i.e. twenty years' purchase], accruing to the deacons and headmen of the civic guard here, with right of pre-emption and re-registration as often as it is alienated. In addition, [charged with] one, etc. And it was delivered by voluntary decree of this court on the [date left blank in the original], 1 February 1637.
