4 November 1611: Sold by Cornelis Ghijsbertszoon to Robbert Coetsman, wool comber, encumbered with, and for, etcetera.
19 September 1619: Sold by Robbert Coetsman to Jan de Latere, master wool comber, encumbered with a rent of, and for, etcetera, and further charged with three ground-rents together amounting to 6 guilders 7 stivers 12 pence per year, borne by the aforesaid Elsevier. In addition, for etcetera.
