Jan Gerritszoon de Goede, authorized representative of Jan Crips, Englishman, plaintiff, against Claes Cleverly, tobacco pipe maker, defendant, for payment of nine guilders and twelve stuivers of borrowed money. He concludes for condemnation thereof, with costs.

In the margin: Kuyck, on behalf of the defendant, requests a copy of that on which the claim is founded. De Goede [i.e. the plaintiff's representative] is given time to speak with his principal (master). Done 7 July 1617.

Concludeert tot condemnatie vandien mette costen. In de marge: Kuyck voor de gedaechde versouct copie van ‘t gene daer op den eysch wert geeyscht. De goede tijt om sijn meester te spreecken. Actum 7-7-1617.
