Court session (Vierschaar) held on the last [day of April, corrected to the] seventh of May, in the year sixteen hundred and twelve. Present: the bailiff, [Van] Banchem, Tybault, Vesanevelt, Leeuwen, Hogeveen, Baersdorp, Paedts.
Jan Gerijtszoon de Goede, authorised representative of Pyneas Eduwaertszoon, hosier, plaintiff by writ of inductie (an order for enforcement of possession) against Jan Kierssoon and Aelbrecht Harmanszoon, both residing at Meppel, together with Jan de Laet, defendants in the same matter. He moves for confirmation thereof.
In the margin: Schilperoort, authorised representative of Jan Kiers and Aelbrecht Harmanszoon, requests time to contest the letters of inductie or to consent to them. The aldermen find default against Jan de Laet, to such benefit as the law provides, and grant Schilperoort the time requested. Done 7 May 1612.
