4 August 1610: Sold by him to Pineas Eduwaert, hosier, for a ground rent of 6 guilders 5 stuivers per year, plus 120 guilders to be paid over six years, the first instalment at May Day 1611.
5 June 1614: Sold by Pineas Eduwaert, hosier, to Henrick Richardt, Englishman of Sandwich, encumbered with a redeemable rent of 6 guilders 5 stuivers per year accruing to Gillis Elsevier. Further, with 60 guilders remaining from the previous purchase still to be paid, standing at 20 guilders per year, the first instalment at May Day 1614. In addition, a further sum written in the original as "IIIcXc guldens" (the exact numeral is unclear in the source) to be paid: 80 guilders in ready money, then at May Day 1615 and 1616, 30 guilders each time, and thereafter yearly 50 guilders.
13 December 1627: Sold by Henrick Richardt to Alexander Prijs, serge merchant, encumbered with 6 guilders 5 stuivers per year accruing to Gillis Elsevier. In addition, 175 guilders to be paid, at 30 guilders per year, the first instalment at May Day 1628.
2 June 1671: Sold by the regents of the orphanage — having taken into their house the children of Joseph Prijs, son and heir of Alexander Prijs — to Gillis de Visscher, merchant, free and clear, for 175 guilders in ready money.
In the margin: the cancelled rent-bond of 6 guilders 5 stuivers per year was here produced on 27 August 1671.
