In the matter, done 13 January 1612. The same [representative], authorised by Master Anthonis Willemszoon, secretary [notary] at Rotterdam, as having the right and transfer from Maerten Jacobszoon Leest, plaintiff, against Pineas Eduwaert as holder of the plaintiff's mortgage, defendant, to obtain payment of the sum of two hundred guilders on account of one year's deferred payment (custing) falling due on May Day sixteen hundred and eleven last past, according to the bond of deferred payment (custingbrief) thereof. He moves for condemnation thereof, with costs.

In state actum 13-1-1612 Idem gemachtigt van meester Anthonis Willemszoon secretaris tot Rotterdam als actie ende transport hebbende van Maerten Jacobszoon Leest, eyscher contra Pineas Eduwaert als besitter van des eyschers hypotheecq, gedaechde Om betalinge te hebben van de somme van twee hondert guldens ter saecke van een jaer custings verschenen meijedage XVIc en elff voorleden volgens den custingbrieff daer van sijnde. Concludeert tot condemnatie vandien mette costen.
