4 August 1610: Sold by him [Gillis Elsevier] to Pineas Eduwaert, hosier, for a rent of 6 guilders 5 stuivers per year, and in addition for 120 guilders to be paid over six years, first instalment May 1611.
5 June 1614: Sold by Pineas Eduwaert, hosier, to Henrick Richardt, Englishman of Sandwich, charged with a redeemable annuity of 6 guilders 5 stuivers per year payable to Gillis Elsevier. Further with 60 guilders remaining from the previous purchase, to be paid at 20 guilders per year, first instalment May 1614. In addition for 390 guilders to be paid: 80 guilders ready money, then May 1615 and 1616 each 30 guilders, and thereafter yearly 50 guilders.
13 December 1627: Sold by Henrick Richardt to Alexander Prijs, serge presser, charged with 6 guilders 5 stuivers per year payable to Gillis Elsevier. In addition for 175 guilders, to be paid at 30 guilders per year, first instalment May 1628.
2 June 1671: Sold by the regents of the orphanage — having taken into their house the children of Joseph Prijs, son and heir of Alexander Prijs — to Gillis de Visscher, merchant, free, for 175 guilders in ready money.
In the margin: the cancelled rent-deed of 6 guilders 5 stuivers per year was produced here on 27 August 1671.
