Likewise authorised representative of Pineas Eduaert, plaintiff, against Dirck Proost, defendant, to obtain payment of the sum of thirty guilders and five stuivers by reason of the purchase of wool, according to the plaintiff's register; concluding therefore for condemnation thereof with costs.

[In the margin, brief court-register notes:] The aldermen, finding default with respect to the declinatory plea, condemn the defendant in three stuivers and grant a second citation. Done 5 December 1614. The aldermen, finding default with respect to the declinatory plea, condemn the defendant in three stuivers and grant a third citation. Done 23 January 1615. The aldermen, upon a third default with respect to the first peremptory citation, condemn the defendant in three stuivers and admit the plaintiff to submit his statement of claim. Done 30 January 1615.
