Floris van Dam, authorized representative of Pineas Eduwaertszoon, hosier, plaintiff, against Jan Hoedebeu, defendant, for payment of the sum of fifty-five guilders on account of the purchase of wool, according to the plaintiff's register. He therefore concludes for condemnation, with costs.

In the margin [terse clerk's shorthand, partly unclear]: the aldermen, having taken note of the default regarding the declinatory plea, and [assessing] three stuivers [in costs], grant a second summons. Done 13 December 1619.
